Mission Statement

We are located in Hollywood, California. We specialize in building uniquely shaped custom electric guitars, basses, electric violins, electronic drums and isolation cabinets. Aside from the beauty and great sound, our instruments feauture multiple improvements, that will give musicians greater control and comfort, and will ultimately result in better, more enjoyable performance and music making.

UVA Instruments is a small company run by two luthiers: Alejandro Lagos and Anastasia Zarubina. All the instruments are hand made by us in a small custom shop environment. We take great pride in our work, since we want to make sure every single instrument that leaves our shop is perfect and that it will exceed the new owner's expectations with the look and sound.
